#1 Round 2 of I Quit Sugar: Weeks One and Two in Review

Two weeks into the I Quit Sugar 8 Week Program, for the second time, I am thoroughly enjoying myself. I first did this program in June 2014, and decided to do it again to ‘reset’ my body in the new year, and also to have two months worth of meal-planning laid out for me, in what is shaping up to be a busy year. My Mum is also doing the program, so we are doing our Sunday cook-ups together, and it’s fun to compare our experiences of each meal. I also wanted to access the delicious looking summer menu, and I haven’t been disappointed by any of the meals yet. IQS have done incredibly well to establish a very positive, non-judgmental online community, whose participants – mostly women – support and build each other up.
